Keenfinity Group is seeking a senior CISO to own security across the divestiture lifecycle.
You will report to the Director IT STG and lead IAM, ISMS, and SIEM/SOC function while coordinating with buyer security teams during due diligence.
This high-visibility role demands strong leadership, strategic security vision, and expert engagement with CFOs/PE investors.
Based in Ovar with occasional travel required.
