We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Almada.Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures.Hire, train and manage restaurant staff.Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any concerns or issues.Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items or specials based on customer preferences.Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue targets.Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Excellent communication skills in English;
Portuguese proficiency is a plus.Knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety regulations, inventory management, and customer service standards.Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.Customer‐focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations professionally.Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.Salary
