Are you a French speaker passionate about gaming and technology and interested in starting a new professional experience in sunny Lisbon?We are looking for French-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal.
This is an onsite position with a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation provided, offering an excellent opportunity to combine your interest in gaming with an international customer support career.
The RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will assist French-speaking players with account, product and technical-related questions across different communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:Providing customer support via phone, email and chat in French and EnglishAssisting players with account management, login and payment-related enquiriesTroubleshooting issues involving gaming consoles, software and connected devicesGuiding customers through product setup, installation and synchronizationProviding assistance before and after product purchasesHelping customers resolve technical and product-related issuesAccurately documenting customer interactions and following internal proceduresEscalating more complex cases when necessaryDelivering a friendly, professional and customer-focused experienceWhat We're Looking ForFluent FrenchGood command of English, both written and spokenStrong interest in gaming, technology and consumer electronicsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not mandatoryComfortable working with digital tools and learning new systemsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong team spiritWillingness to learn and develop new technical skillsFlexibility to work rotating schedulesWillingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsiteWhat
