Be our NEXT Infrastructure Architect
Responsibilities
Provide Linux systems administration (RHEL, SLES) with advanced OS performance tuning for low-latency trading environments.
Support mission-critical infrastructure to ensure reliability, resilience, and high performance in production environments.
Work with virtualization and container technologies to contribute to scalable, modern infrastructure architectures.
Manage server hardware, data center builds, hardware lifecycle management, and operating system migrations.
Automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational processes with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response capabilities for critical server infrastructure.
Familiar with provisioning and configuration tools such as Ansible or Puppet (considered a strong plus).
Possess experience with Windows administration and NAS technologies to support cross-platform infrastructure responsibilities.
Collaborate effectively with Development, Business, and Network teams, contributing to systems design, architecture discussions, and operational alignment.
Show strong motivation and ability to learn emerging technologies, contributing to the infrastructure modernization roadmap.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Linux systems administration (RHEL, SLES).
Hands-on expertise supporting mission-critical infrastructure in production environments.
Solid experience with virtualization and container technologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
Proven ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and respond to incidents on critical server infrastructure.
Familiarity with provisioning/configuration tools such as Ansible or Puppet (strong plus).
Experience with Windows administration and NAS technologies.
Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to architectural discussions.
Willingness to learn and contribute to technology modernization efforts.
