Architecture Manager vacancy in Funchal PortugalLocation: Funchal, PortugalType: ContractSalary: $**/monthWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of various projects in the city of Funchal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, preferably with experience working in Portugal.
This is a contract position with a salary of $/month and includes accommodation, as well as a free visa and ticket.
The Architecture Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of design and construction projects from concept to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcesCollaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may ariseEnsure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and best practicesManage project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectivenessReview project designs for accuracy, functionality, and feasibilityProvide guidance and feedback to team members for their professional developmentRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldProven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, and software (AutoCAD)Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Portugal (preferred)Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentBenefits:Competitive salary of $**/monthAccommodation providedFree visa and ticket to PortugalOpportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects in a beautiful cityProfessional development and growth opportunitiesJoin our team and be part of creating stunning architectural projects in the charming city of Funchal.
