Key Responsibilities
Interact with Danish customers across multiple channels: voice, email, and live chat.
Deliver exceptional service standards that mirror the quality and reliability of the brand.
Maintain precise CRM records and ensure swift follow-up on customer requests.
Proactively identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with supervisors.
Enhance brand retention by turning every inquiry into a positive customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish.
Existing residence in Portugal with valid legal authorization to work.
Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working across digital communication tools.
Passion for customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
Availability to work rotational weekday shifts (07:*:00).
