Contract Cleaner in Funchal, Portugal
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Contract Cleaner to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, floors, and fixtures in designated areas
Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
Dusting furniture, shelves, and other surfaces
Cleaning windows and mirrors
Sanitizing high-touch areas such as doorknobs, handles, and light switches
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Previous experience as a cleaner preferred
Knowledge of various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time-management skills
Attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Valid work visa for Portugal (if non-EU citizen)
Fluency in Portuguese or English
