Dutch Customer Support in Lisbon – office-based Monday–Friday role in an international insurance project, with weekends off.

Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 (
full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, weekends off
)

As a Dutch Customer Support Advisor,
you will support customers with insurance-related services in a structured international environment.
This is a non-sales role focused on policies, requests and service-related questions.
✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will
:
Provide inbound support in Dutch by phone and chat
Assist with policy updates, cancellations, claims and payments
Process requests, emails and documents
Maintain accurate customer information
Escalate complex cases when required
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system
:
Base salary:
€1,238 gross/month x12
or
€1,100 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Fixed project bonus:
€100 gross/month
Extra Project Bonus:
€167 gross (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract)
Performance bonus:
up to €100 gross/month
Meal allowance:
€7.63 net/day, approximately €168/month, via meal card
Average monthly package: approx. €1,505–€1,605 gross/month + €168 net/month meal card

✅ Requirements
:
Dutch at C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
You live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate
Customer-focused communication skills
No previous Customer Support experience required
✅ EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
