Build engaging carousels using our design templates and brand guidelines.
Film behind-the-scenes content and B-roll during monthly Lisbon visits.
Support founder's personal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Repurpose podcasts and interviews into shareable social content.

Skills & Experience Must-Haves 3+ years managing social media for brands or creators.
Strong understanding of hooks, headlines, and visual storytelling.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
Based in Portugal with ability to travel to Lisbon 2x per month.
Nice-to-Haves Experience with Veed, Metricool, ClickUp, and Slack.
Background in SaaS, finance, or tech marketing.
Comfortable appearing in behind-the-scenes content.
What We Offer Salary: USD 2,400 per month.
Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours (daytime availability required).
Remote-first, with in-person filming sessions in Lisbon 2 times per month.
