French Customer Support in Porto – office-based Monday–Friday role in an international car-rental project, with weekends off.

Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 (
full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, weekends off
)

As a French Customer Support Advisor,
you will support customers before, during and after their car rental.
You will help with reservations, rental-related questions and changes while working in a structured international environment.
✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will:
:
Support French-speaking customers by phone, email and messaging
Assist with reservations, booking changes and rental-related questions
Explain rental options and help customers choose suitable solutions
Resolve inquiries and maintain accurate customer information
Escalate complex cases when required
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary:
€1,000 gross/month x14
Extra project bonus:
€167 gross/month (total €2,000 gross, paid monthly during the first 12 months of the contract)
Meal allowance:
€7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card
Total monthly package: €1,167 gross/month + approximately €167 net/month meal allowance, plus 2 extra base-salary payments per year (€2,000 gross total)

French at C2 – native level
English at C1 level or higher
You live in Porto or are ready to relocate
Professional and customer-focused communication skills
Travel-industry experience is an advantage
No previous Customer Support experience required
✅ EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
