We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join the team in Lisbon.
Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via chat, email, and phone
Handle general inquiries and basic product-related issues
Provide clear, professional communication
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases
Manage your own ticket flow while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For:
German (C2) + English (min. B2)
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (plus)
Experience in customer support is an advantage
EU citizenship or valid residence permit in Portugal
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: **€ gross x 12 months or € gross x 14 months – you choose
135€ gross/month project bonus (fixed)
Up to 120€ gross/month performance bonus
Meal allowance: 7.63€ NET/day **€ NET/month)
Estimated monthly earnings: ~1,418€ – 1,705€ gross + meal allowance
