Junior Functional Consultant | Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

We are looking for a Junior Functional Consultant to join our growing consulting team and support the implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will work closely with experienced consultants and clients to understand business needs, analyze processes, and help translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across different Microsoft technologies and business areas, working on real projects and developing your functional and consulting skills. This is a junior role, and you will not be expected to work alone. You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous learning are part of our day-to-day work.
Key responsibilities
Support the analysis and understanding of clients' business processes and requirements
Participate in meetings and workshops with clients and project teams
Assist with the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions
Translate business requirements into functional solutions, with the support of senior consultants
Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities
Prepare and maintain functional documentation
Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout project delivery
Provide support to clients and assist in resolving functional issues
Continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies
Contribute to the successful delivery of national and international projects
Soft Skills
Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information
Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Interest in business processes, technology, and consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good level of English, written and spoken
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP/CRM solutions, or similar technologies is a plus, but not mandatory
Availability to travel when required, for national and international projects
