About the job What are we looking for?
Are you a Senior Python Developer with a strong background in backend development and a passion for Generative AI?
We're looking for an experienced professional to join a challenging project focused on scalable backend services and AI-powered solutions.
Requirements:More than 5 years of proven professional experience in Python development.
Have strong experience in backend development and scalable services;
Have hands-onexperience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
Have experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures;
Speak Englishfluently.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
Abilityto work autonomously in a fully remote environment;
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services;
Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices;
Experience with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python;
Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG;
Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using message brokers;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions, system architecture, and code quality;
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment;
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Working Model:Remote – based in Portugal.
