We are seeking a
Region Procurement Associate
to strengthen our
Procurement department
.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to contribute to meaningful, globally relevant projects.
Your core responsibilities include:
Expertise
Purchase requests management
Reporting & compliance activities
Supporting plants and commodity buyers
Internal documentation maintenance
Support & Optimization
Identify and suggest implementation of possible process improvements and optimizations in order to improve efficiency
Promote best practice across the department and across entities
Knowledge Building,Experience sharing

Get in contact with local entities in order to clarify possible needs
Profile and Qualifications:
Experience with purchasing and procurement process
Experience in a shared service center is an asset
Experience with reporting and analysis performance
Good MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel)
Fluent English and German level
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
Expertise
Verwaltung von Kaufanfragen
Berichterstattung und Compliance-Aktivitäten
Unterstützung von Werken und Rohstoffkäufern
Pflege der internen Dokumentation
Support und Optimierung
Identifizierung und Vorschlag zur Umsetzung möglicher Prozessverbesserungen und -optimierungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz
Förderung von Best Practices in der gesamten Abteilung und allen Unternehmenseinheiten
Wissensaufbau, Erfahrungsaustausch
Kontaktaufnahme mit lokalen Unternehmenseinheiten, um mögliche Bedürfnisse zu klären
Profil and Qualifikationen:
Erfahrung mit Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen
Erfahrung in einem Shared Service Center ist von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit Berichterstellung und Leistungsanalyse
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse)
Fließend Englisch und Deutsch
SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent
Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
Umsetzungsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung
Stress- und Belastbarkeit
Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich
