Execução e preparação do serviço de cozinha, segundo os padrões de qualidade definidos, garantindo a máxima qualidade ao cliente. Preparação das refeições e empratamentos; Assistência ao Chefe de cozinha; Controlo e limpeza do material necessário; Controlo da qualidade dos alimentos; Zelo pela limpeza da área de trabalho; Zelo pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e normas HACCP. Requisitos
Conhecimento técnico e experiência prévia na função, preferencialmente em setor hoteleiro; Formação na área; Conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial); Conhecimentos de higiene alimentar (HACCP) Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos Perfil
Elevado sentido de responsabilidade; Forte capacidade de gestão de stress; Atitude proativa e polivalente; Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Qualificações
