At Colquímica Adhesives, we are dedicated to the development, production, and commercialization of high-performance technological adhesives. We are currently recruiting a
Customer Service Assistant - Polish Speaker (M/F/D)
for our site in Susão, Valongo.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in the domestic market (with future international scope) by acting as the link between the Production, Shipping, Transport Departments, and customers. Implement the strategy defined by the DC regarding compliance with customer requirements and ensure adherence to the company's credit policy. Ensure timely responses to customer information requests. Ensure compliance with the Group's Quality, Environmental, and Sustainability Management Systems. Comply with ISO **, ISO *, and ISO *** standards. Ensure the correct application of procedures by the rest of the team. Issue credit and debit notes when required. Create new customer accounts, maintain price lists, and manage the creation of new materials.
Requirements
High School degree Up to 3/4 years of experience in similiar roles Good command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory) Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish are mandatory Knowledge in SAP will be valued Proactive and autonomous approach, with a strong customer-oriented mindset, both internally and externally. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
