Your contribution to something big:
You will join a growing, cross-functional product development team, working on the hydraulics of residential heat pump solutions. As a Lead Development Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative Bosch products with class-leading performance, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Technical responsibility
for hydraulic systems and components in heat pump appliances
Coordinate with main technical interfaces
from other teams in Sweden, Germany and Portugal, analyze and discuss customer, product, and safety requirements and translate them into component requirements and robust technical solutions;
Engage with key stakeholders, including purchasing, other module teams, manufacturing, quality, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution;
