Customer Care:
Support Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.Platform Guidance:
Help users navigate the e-commerce platform, from account settings to promotional offers.Problem Solving:
Resolve issues related to tracking, damaged goods, or billing with a professional and helpful attitude.Quality Assurance:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.What We Offer
Salary:
€1,200 – €1,500 Gross monthly
(competitive for the Lisbon market).
Hours:
40 hours per week.Relocation Support:

Native or Near-Native Dutch:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.English Proficiency:
