Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon.As a construction manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
This is a full‐time position with a salary of **$ per month.Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are followed and deadlines are met.Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track and within budget.Hire and supervise construction workers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.Own visa or work permit for employment in Lisbon.If you have a passion for construction and proven experience as a Construction Manager we would love to hear from you.
