About the Role As a SAP MDG & PLM Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting HCLTech's enterprise clients by leveraging your expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and advanced data analysis.
This position is integral to optimizing data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, validate, and manage master data within SAP MDG and PLM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business needs into effective data governance and management solutions.
Develop, implement, and monitor data quality metrics and reports to identify and resolve data anomalies.
Support the integration and migration of data across SAP and PLM platforms during system upgrades or new implementations.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP MDG and PLM best practices, contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver training and support to end-users on data management processes, tools, and standards.
Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of technical concepts and project deliverables.
Skill Requirements
Proven experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and tools.
Strong data analytical skills, including data validation, cleansing, and reporting.
Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (mandatory);
Spanish language skillsare a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in data-driven roles within technology or consulting environments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Other Requirements (Optional)
Spanish language proficiency (good to have).
SAP or PLM-related certifications.
Experience working in multinational or multicultural teams.
Familiarity with additional SAP modules and data integration tools
