This is a consultative design role at the intersection of business, learning and innovation: you will uncover organisational needs, translate them into distinctive learning journeys, and co-create solutions with faculty, clients and international partners.You will combine curiosity about the future of business and executive learning with the practical ability to structure compelling programmes and proposals.

Research emerging business, leadership and learning trends and translate them into relevant programme opportunities.Understand the real need.
Engage with current and prospective clients to explore their strategic priorities, capability gaps and organisational context.Design tailored learning journeys.
Turn client challenges into well-structured proposals, learning architectures, methodologies and participant experiences.Co-create with faculty.
Work with the Head of Faculty, faculty members and experts to shape content that is academically sound, practical and impactful.Advance learning innovation.
Apply contemporary methodologies - from blended and experiential learning to simulations, design thinking, gamification and responsible uses of AI.Build valuable partnerships.
Identify and develop relationships with international business schools and other learning ecosystem partners that can enrich our solutions.Bring proposals to life.
Collaborate across commercial, academic and operational teams, contributing to client meetings, pitches and a strong handover into delivery.Learn from impact.
Use client, participant and delivery feedback to improve solutions and strengthen our Executive Education portfolio.What you'll bringA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, Organisational Psychology or another relevant field.Relevant experience designing learning solutions for corporate clients, ideally in executive education, consulting, professional services or corporate Learning and Development.A strong understanding of adult learning and contemporary programme design methodologies.The ability to listen, diagnose needs and challenge clients and experts constructively and collaboratively.Excellent structuring, storytelling and presentation skills, including confident use of PowerPoint or equivalent tools.Creativity, strategic thinking, autonomy and a consistent focus on quality and results.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills across corporate, academic and international contexts.Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Portuguese proficiency will be valued.Why Porto Business SchoolYou will join an internationally accredited business school with the ambition and freedom to rethink how executives and organisations learn.
