Profile:
Mandatory residency in Portugal;
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical area;
At least 3 years of proven expertise in risk management, business continuity planning, crisis management, or related technical operational resilience fields;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with keen attention to detail;
High adaptabilityto changing circumstances, ensuring effective responses to unforeseen operational disruptions and polycrises;
Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and teamwork skills;
Technical expertise in crisis management, operational resilience frameworks, and technical recovery solution cataloging;
Professional fluency inEnglish, Spanish, and Portuguese environments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns to evaluate potential impacts of disruptions on critical technical functions;
Develop, update, test, and validate detailed Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), outlining procedures and resources necessary for maintaining or restoring operations;
Design and deliver training programs and awareness initiatives to educate staff on crisis management protocols, covering physical loss, cybersecurity threats, and polycrises;
Contribute to thecreation and upkeep of all documentation related to the Operational Resilience Framework, including strategic documents, document management protocols, recovery solution catalogs, reports, and remediation plans;
Produce comprehensive handbooks detailing crisis management and business continuity procedures, maintaining up-to-date crisis contact directories and collaborative resource spaces for tools and best practices;
Synthesize BIA results into actionable insights, present findings to stakeholders, and develop action/remediation plans addressing identified risks.
