Available role: 1) Dutch Customer Service Advisor (for a popular home appliance brand)Details: The customer service executive will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the online Dutch customers of an international home appliance brand, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.Key responsibilities include handling online shopping queries, supporting customers with order-related questions and follow-ups, providing accurate product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.This role is especially a good opportunity to get exposure and a long-term career opportunity in the thriving tech support and premium customer relationship management-Work mode: Initial training on-site (Lisbon Sete Rios) Possible transition to a hybrid/remote work mode (after 3 / 6 months)-Total monthly salary of €1,550 + €100 monthly performance bonus + attractive company benefits and perks.
