We would like to meet a Lead Frontend AI for a project with a hybrid working model:
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Drive the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end applications. - Stay hands-on with development, contributing to code reviews, technical decisions, and the delivery of production-quality software. - Establish and promote front-end engineering best practices, including architecture, testing, performance optimization, and code quality. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve development workflows, tools, and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, including at least 2 years working extensively with React. - Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers, either formally or as a Tech Lead. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React (including hooks, context, and component patterns), and CSS or styling frameworks. - Solid understanding of front-end architecture, including state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query, routing, performance optimization, and testing. - Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance hands-on coding responsibilities with people leadership. - A proven track record of delivering production-quality software in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
