Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and driving revenue growth through operational excellence?
Randstad Portugal is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join an international project supporting our global client, SAP.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and empowering cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Process Oversight: Manage key business processes and lead GTM operational workflows;
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Support: Act as a strategic partner to Customer Solution Managers, Partner teams, and Ecosystem leaders;
OperationalExcellence & Scalability: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to simplify, standardize, and scale systems and operational frameworks;
Data-DrivenBusiness Insights: Leverage data to increase operational visibility, contributing directly to revenue generation and profitability goals;
Continuous Transformation: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and support GTM transformation strategies across teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (preferred);
5+ years ofexperience in Business Operations Analyst or Revenue Operations roles;
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of corporate operations;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across MS Office tools;
Familiaritywith reporting and analytics tools is considered a strong advantage;
Professional fluency inEnglish (proficiency in French, Italian, or other European languages is a plus).
