Your mission will be...
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Partner Relationship Management
- Design and architect scalable technical solutions ensuring security and compliance standards
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Guide implementation teams and provide technical leadership for Salesforce development
- Optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and collaboration processes
- Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards and security models
- Lead solution design for partner portals, deal registration, and channel sales functions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and development teams to align solutions with business needs

- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, with focus on Partner Relationship Management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree may substitute for some experience)
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, for effective global communication
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Partner Management processes and setup
- Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Flow, and Visualforce
- Integration patterns using APIs and middleware (Azure, MuleSoft)
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment strategies
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
- Proven track record in leading complex technical solutions
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience working in Agile development environments
