Mid/Senior Personal Data Protection Analyst – Lisbon Taleo Consulting is looking for a
Senior Personal Data Protection Analyst
to join the Corporate & Institutional Banking division of a
leading international banking group
in Lisbon.
About the role You will lead day-to-day GDPR activities within the first line of defence (1LoD).
You will act as a trusted advisor to CIB teams on Privacy by Design principles and other data protection requirements, working closely with the Central Data Office, the 1LoD data protection network and the second-line (2LoD) DPO network.
Your responsibilities
Ensure project validation processes follow Privacy by Design principles, and advise Project Managers on their data protection activities
Manage incoming internal and external requests in the GDPR desk mailbox, including Data Subject Rights requests
Publish the GDPR desk's periodic report and manage its dedicated SharePoint space
Drive a strong data protection culture across the division
Develop and share best practices with the data protection network
Your profile
6+ years of experience in data protection, privacy or compliance, ideally in banking or financial services
In-depth knowledge of GDPR, including Privacy by Design, privacy impact assessments and Data Subject Rights
Proven ability to advise project teams and work with senior stakeholders across the 1LoD and 2LoD
Autonomous and structured, with strong reporting and communication skills
Good command of MS Office, including SharePoint
