Job Title: Android Developer
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal.
As an Android Developer you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining high-quality code that is scalable and efficient.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features while ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new featuresIdentify and fix bugs to improve application performanceEnsure code quality by writing clean maintainable codeStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to mobile developmentContinuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyWork closely with UXdesigners to implement UIUX elements into applicationsParticipate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practicesMaintain high levels of productivity while working independently or in a team environmentRequirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experienceProven experience as an Android Developer with published apps on the Google Play StoreStrong knowledge of Java programming language and Android SDKExperience with third-party libraries and APIs integrationFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesSolid understanding of mobile application design principles, patterns and best practicesAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independently or collaboratively as part of a teamExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality workPerks
