Job Description
We are looking for aSenior KYC Analystto join an international financial institution, operating in a highly regulated and risk‐sensitive environment.
The role requires a strong and mature background inKYC/AML, with proven experience managinghigh‐risk clientsandcomplex corporate and legal structures, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate brings5–6 years of solid experiencein KYC/AML functions, preferably withininternational banking or multinational environments, and demonstrates strong judgment when handlingcritical or escalated cases.
This position involves a high level of autonomy and accountability, requiring the ability to assess risk, make informed decisions, and contribute to the continuous strengthening of financial crime controls and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Final validation of complex KYC files
Functional escalation management
Review of high-risk cases
Direct interaction with Compliance and Legal teams
Technical support to operational team
Coaching and mentoring of analysts
Ensuring consistency in KYC policy application
