Help small and medium businesses grow with online advertising, in English, for a global social media group. Rotating shifts. 50 open positions for people already living in Portugal with the right to work.
Overview:
You help small and medium businesses grow with online advertising on the apps of a global social media group. By chat, email and phone, you give pre-sales and post-sales support and help them get the most out of the advertising tools. Your main goal is customer satisfaction: every customer rates the help you gave them.
What you will do:
• Support small and medium businesses with their online advertising
• Give pre-sales and post-sales advice
• Help clients use the advertising tools and products
• Handle chats, emails and calls with warmth and empathy
• Calm down tense situations when needed
• Deliver top customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
Schedule:
Rotating shifts, 8 hours a day plus a 1 hour lunch break, 40 hours per week. Your recruiter shares the exact schedules during the process.
Pay and benefits:
• €1,248 gross per month (base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly, and meal card included)
• Performance bonus up to €200 per month
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
• 22 days of paid holiday per year, Portuguese public holidays apply
• 12 month contract, then a permanent contract after 2 years
Paid training:
About 17 working days, 8 hours a day, in English, paid €* per week once completed. Your employment contract is signed at the end of the training.

• You are an EU citizen, or you hold a valid Portuguese residence permit that allows you to work
• You have your documents in hand (permit already issued, not pending with AIMA)
Where:
Modern offices in central Lisbon, close to Entrecampos station (metro, train and bus).
Conditions
Gross salary : €1,248/month
Contract : 12 months, renewable
Working language : English. English for training and internal communication
Workplace : In the office, Lisboa (Portugal)
Bonus : Up to €200/month performance bonus
