SAP ABAP DEVELOPER (HYBRID LISBON, PORTO OR CASTELO BRANCO)Portuguese company hires for hybrid position.
Location: Lisbon, Porto, or Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered.
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week onsite).
Language Requirements: Portuguese (C1) and English (B2+).
Seniority: Senior (6+ years).
Rate Between €*** RV / €*** CTI.

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join a collaborative and fast-paced SAP environment, contributing to critical deployment activities and supporting business continuity across enterprise systems.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working closely with deployment squads, and driving the successful delivery of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions following best practices.
Collaborate with the deployment squad to support release and deployment activities.
Investigate and resolve incidents related to deployments and system changes.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development standards.
Must-Have Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
Strong expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (ABAP OO).
Experience working within deployment squads and release management environments.
Proven experience supporting and resolving incidents related to deployments.
Ability to work effectively in collaborative and agile environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with ABAP Unit Testing.
Knowledge of Eclipse / ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
Experience using JIRA for project and incident management.
