We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Braga on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clientsOversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure high
- quality designsReview project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlinesConduct site visits to ensure construction is aligned with architectural plansCollaborate with contractors, engineers and other professionals involved in the projectManage project budget resources and schedulesEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standardsProvide leadership guidance and mentorship to team membersRequirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldProven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of architecture principles, techniques, tools and software (AutoCAD)Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExperience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesUnderstanding of building codes, regulations and safety standardsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
Attention to detail and strong problem‐solving skillsSalary: The salary for this position is $*
