at OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst (ERP) to join our teams in a multinational digital transformation environment, supporting and evolving a global Workday platform across Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional application support, contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes, and supporting Workday rollout initiatives across multiple countries.
You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, helping translate business needs into effective system solutions while ensuring platform stability, user adoption, and operational excellence.
What you will doCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders to optimize business processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities; Support the implementation of new Workday modules, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across the organization; Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions, configurations, and process improvements; Prepare, execute, and coordinate functional testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation; Provide second-line functional support, troubleshoot incidents, support rollout activities, and contribute to cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases across multiple countries.
What you are likeProficient in ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar enterprise solutions; Experienced in supporting ERP implementations, rollout programs, cutover activities, and hypercare processes; Knowledgeable in incident management, problem resolution, change processes, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent platforms; Comfortable with functional configuration, testing activities, release validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Work on challenging projects for big clients; Learn more about emerging technologies; Possibility of working remotely; Design your career plan; Access to continuous training and certifications; Evolve through our internal mobility program;
