We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international project and coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through delivery, while keeping communication, priorities and deadlines under control.
What you'll do
Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from start to deliveryManage project timelines, priorities, risks and dependenciesCoordinate activities across technical and business teamsAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersOrganise and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actionsTrack progress, deliverables and project milestonesIdentify risks and issues and support their resolutionPrepare project status updates and reportingEnsure clear communication between all parties involvedSupport continuous improvement of project processes and ways of workingWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in Project ManagementExperience coordinating different teams and stakeholdersGood understanding of project planning, delivery and risk managementStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentComfortable working autonomously in an international settingFl sFluent FrenchGood level of EnglishNice to haveExperience within IT, Digital or Technology projectsJira, Confluence or similar project management toolsPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or other relevant certificationExperience working with distributed or international teamsWorking ModelRemote from PortugalFrench is mandatoryImmediate availability / short notice strongly preferredRecruitment ProcessOur process is straightforward:Initial Screening – Applications are reviewed and selected candidates can expect an initial contact within 2–3 business days after applyingProject / Client Validation – Discussion focused on experience, project management approach and fitOffer & Immediate StartWe aim to keep the process transparent, practical and efficient, with clear feedback throughout each stage.
