Join Transcom as a Senior Human Resources Specialist
In this role you will:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, personnel records, and the admission/dismissal processes.
Oversee compensation and compliance by ensuring accurate salary processing and coordinating occupational health requirements.
Drive talent development and strategic analysis through the implementation of training strategies and the evaluation of key HR indicators.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated professional proficiency (C1+) in both Portuguese and English; working knowledge of Spanish (B2+) would be considered an advantage.
Professional experience within the Human Resources sector.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and experience in payroll tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Immediate availability to commence the role is preferred.
