Role Overview As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will review user‐generated content — including text, images, and videos — to ensure it complies with company policies, community guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Your analytical skills, sound judgment, and cultural awareness will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity and promoting a safe online experience for users.

Key Responsibilities
Content Evaluation: Review user‐generated content to ensure it complies with internal policies and regulatory standardsObjective Moderation: Apply guidelines consistently while making fair and impartial decisionsCommunity Protection: Support the creation of a respectful, inclusive, and secure digital environmentPolicy Adherence: Follow established moderation processes and remain aligned with updated policiesCase Escalation: Identify complex or sensitive situations and elevate them through the appropriate channelsContinuous Learning: Stay informed about policy updates, platform changes, and best practices in content moderation to maintain high‐quality reviewsRequirementsLanguage

Skills:
Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.

Experience:
0‐1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.

Skills:
Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision‐making abilities.
