Successful candidates will be confident leading workshops, engaging with stakeholders, configuring payroll solutions, and supporting project delivery within international environments.
Applicants should possess:Minimum 7 years of SAP HCM experience with a strong focus on Portuguese PayrollExperience delivering at least five full lifecycle payroll implementationsStrong configuration skills across Payroll and Personnel Administration modulesIn-depth understanding of payroll schemas, wage types and payroll processingKnowledge of SAP payroll implementation methodologiesSolid understanding of HR and payroll business processesStrong knowledge of SAP HCM/HXM data structures, infotypes and database conceptsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teamsExcellent communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishCustomer-focused mindset with strong organisational and time management abilitiesSAP certification within HCM/HXM environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesThe successful consultant will play a lead role in delivering payroll transformation projects, including:Gathering business requirements and facilitating client workshopsProducing project documentation, design materials, migration plans, testing documentation and training contentConfiguring and optimising payroll solutions in line with client requirementsSupporting data migration, testing and deployment activitiesWorking closely with project managers and international delivery teamsIdentifying risks, managing issues and supporting successful project outcomesContributing within Agile delivery environmentsProviding expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycleNice to HaveThe following experience would be beneficial:Experience with Employee Central PayrollKnowledge of Employee Central and Time Off solutionsExposure to international payroll projectsExperience working within multi-country or global delivery teamsThis position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes within a stable and highly respected organisation that values teamwork, professional growth and long-term career development.
