Monthly gross cash compensation
months 1–6 €1,179 – €1,346 from month 7 €1,079 – €1,246 What you'll do
Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries Process requests through back-office channels Identify customer needs and offer the right solution Handle objections and complaints professionally Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs Work across different IT systems and digital tools What we're looking for
French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory) Already residing in Portugal Good computer skills Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus What you get
