About the role
CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist.This role supports the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in the medical device sector, focusing on order management, billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations. Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries. Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. At least 6 months of experience in Accounts
Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations (2–5 years is a plus). Knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables are preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is an advantage. Fluent in French (C1) and good
English skills (C1). Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary
€1,440 per month × 14 salaries (gross)
Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
