Develop and Deploy Complete Features: Transform user stories into production reality—clarify what\ 's needed, architect scalablesystems, implement both backend and frontend components, validate thoroughly, and release to usersIdentify and Resolve Bugs: Perform deep root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent recurrence through intelligent testing strategiesElevate Code Standards: Assess design proposals and pull requests to maintain clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from entering the codebaseWhat You Won't Be Doing

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
