1. Finance & Revenue Assurance
Invoicing & Payments: Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, reconcile supplier invoices, and prepare all outgoing payments for approval.
Carrier Cost Reconciliation: Perform monthly audits comparing supplier CDRs (Call Detail Records) against invoices to identify overcharges or routing discrepancies.
Credit & Fraud Monitoring: Monitor customer usage against credit limits and deposits in real-time to prevent bad debt and unauthorized usage spikes.
Collections: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Destination Analysis: Analyze traffic patterns to high-cost destinations and alert the team to necessary pricing or routing adjustments.
2. Data & Document Management
Master Google Sheets Architect: Maintain and update complex pricing lists and financial trackers using advanced formulas.
Structured Archiving: Build and maintain a rigorous, "audit-ready" digital filing system for all invoices, expenses, and corporate contracts.
KYC & Compliance: Manage the "Know Your Customer" onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all regulatory documentation for Virtual Numbers is collected and stored correctly.
3. Operations & Office Admin
Logistics: Responsible for booking international flights and travel arrangements.
General Admin: Manage employee benefits, expense claims, and daily office administrative tasks.
Accountant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external accountants, ensuring they receive structured, reconciled data every month.
Requirements
Education: Recent Graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Google Sheets Expert: You must be highly comfortable with Google Sheets. Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) is non-negotiable.
English Fluency: As our company language is English, you must be comfortable and confident speaking and writing in English in a professional environment.
