Your Mission Will BeLead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with business requirements;
Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems;
Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with development standards;
Define, execute, and review unit tests, troubleshoot defects, and deliver robust bug fixes throughout the development lifecycle;
Mentor and support development teams by promoting best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
You Will NeedAt least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations;
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of developers;
Professional English level (B2 or higher) and availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in our Lisbon office);
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You HaveSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA);
Experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments;
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for solution architecture, performance, and maintainability;
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders;
BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
