We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facade Design Engineer to join our team in Funchal In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing facade systems for various projects ensuring they meet safety functionality and aesthetic requirements As a key member of our team you will also be involved in the construction process providing technical support and troubleshooting any issues that may arise Responsibilities
Design and develop facade systems for new construction projects Ensure all designs meet safety functionality and aesthetic requirements Collaborate with architects and other engineers to create cohesive design solutions Conduct detailed structural analysis to determine the feasibility of designs Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow Oversee the installation of facade systems on construction sites Provide technical support throughout the construction process Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or after completion Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design engineering Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Critical thinking skills with attention to detail
