Candidatura [EN] ___ CATAA is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Project Finance Manager .
Key Responsibilities
Financial management of national and international projects, including: Preparing and submitting payment claims and financial reportsAllocating costs (particularly staff costs ) and validating supporting documentationMonitoring expenditure eligibility and ensuring compliance with funding rules and requirementsPreparing and updating project budgetsMonitoring budget implementation, analysing variances and proposing corrective measuresProviding support during audits and verification/control proceduresLiaising with technical/scientific teams and project partners to ensure sound financial management and compliance with deadlinesOrganising and maintaining financial and administrative supporting documentation and audit trails.
A university degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the financial management of funded projectsFluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to work with documentation and international partnersA strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, autonomy and planning skillsProficiency in relevantworkplace tools, including Excel/spreadsheets and digital management toolsExperience and SkillsExperience with programmes and funding bodies such as COMPETE ****, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, PRIMA and the "la Caixa" Foundation, among othersFamiliarity with eligibility rules, timesheets/staff cost allocation, financial reporting and auditsExperience within research and innovation organisations (RTOs, universities, technology centres, associations or SMEs) and multi-partner environmentsWhat
