We are looking for an Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Consultant to join a team specialising in ERP.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, with hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, supporting clients throughout the entire application lifecycle — from implementation and roll-out to support, development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions in the finance sector;
Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials;
Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects and/or in support services and Application Management Services (AMS);
Solid knowledgeof financial processes, namely Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C);
Experience withOracle Financials modules, namely General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management and Expenses;
Experience in functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management;
Ability to analyse incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions;
Knowledgeof integrations, data migration and reporting tools, notably OTBI and BI Publisher;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to workcollaboratively within international and distributed teams;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/Financials implementation, roll-out and transformation projects;
Gather and analyse business requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders from the finance department;
Carry outfit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses, translating business needs into functional solutions;
Configureand optimise the Oracle Fusion Cloud finance modules;
Support data migrations, functional testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare;
Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support, analysing incidents, problems and service requests, and ensuring compliance with SLAs;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimisation and automation, collaborating with technical and functional teams to develop solutions.
