Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and/or chat Offer accurate information and effective solutions Manage customer requests and follow up when necessary Ensure excellent customer satisfaction Maintain service quality and meet performance targets Requirements
Fluent Dutch or Flemish Good command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous customer service experience is an advantage Location & Schedule
