Solution Architect / ERP (Hybrid Lisbon)Portuguese company is looking for a Solution Architect / ERP to join a dynamic European team delivering innovative Procurement and E‐Procurement solutions for international clients.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Work model: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week.
Candidates must already be based in Portugal.
Language requirements: English professional level, Spanish professional level.
Seniority: Mid‐Level (4+ years).
Rate: €*** RV.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Solution Architect / ERP you will design, configure and deliver Procurement and ERP solutions, working closely with clients, business teams, and technical project teams.
Lead Business Process Design workshops from discovery through to solution definition.
Facilitate workshops and demonstrations on the Coupa platform.
Design TO‐BE business processes aligned with client objectives and Coupa best practices.
Configure Coupa Core and Power Apps solutions.
Deliver end‐user training sessions.
Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing activities.
Support Go‐Live and Hypercare phases.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Mentor and support junior consultants and analysts.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Consultant or solution architect with strong business process knowledge and ERP/Procurement implementation experience.
Experienced in engaging clients and stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable system solutions.
Comfortable conducting workshops and gathering business requirements.
Mentoring team members and contributing to project success.
Experienced with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
Motivated by international projects and digital transformation initiatives.
