Capgemini Engineering in Gaia/Porto area seeks an Order Desk Analyst (German & English) to join our team.
You will provide customer support in repair/replacement process management for non-functional parts and act as the end customer's point of contact for the RMA process.
We value fluent German, at least B2 English, strong Excel skills and clear communication.
Hybrid work, shifts and on-call availability are supported to ensure timely service.
