## YOUR ROLEAs an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks, you will lead a strategic engineering business unit, driving growth, operational excellence, customer success, and people development.You will:* Define and execute the unit's business and growth strategy.
* Own the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved.
* Lead large multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
* Develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Support pre-sales activities and shape complex solutions.
* Ensure successful delivery of telecom engineering programs and managed services.
* Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build the capabilities, talent, and organizational structure required for future growth.
## YOUR PROFILE* 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
* Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
* Strong P&L management and business development experience.
* Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
* Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
* Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
* Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
