Be our NEXT Java Backend Developer
Responsibilities
Be involved inall stages of software delivery, from design and development to deployment and maintenance
Take ownership of your code throughout its entire lifecycle
Design and implementscalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions
Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
Challenge business requirements and contribute to identifying the best possible outcomes
Mentor and support other developers, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices
Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and engineering practices
Contribute to the definition and evolution of thetechnology roadmap
Participate in technical interviews and support recruitment processes when required
Requirements
Experience withJava **)andSpring ecosystem(Boot, Cloud, Data Flow) orMicronaut
Strong knowledge ofMicroservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and software architecture patterns
Experience withCloud & DevOps technologies: Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
Knowledge ofObservability & Monitoringtools (OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, or similar)
Experience withGradle,TDD, unit and integration testing
Experience withMongoDBandMySQL
Familiarity withJIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and similar tools
Experience working inAgile environmentsand modern engineering practices
Stronganalytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience withProduct Information Management (PIM)orMaster Data Management (MDM)platforms, such as Stibo STEP
Previous experience ine-commerce or retailprojects
Experience withKotlin
Experience mentoring development teams
